Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate training and support for educational leaders in Massachusetts.
• Build leadership pipelines and mentor new school and district leaders to increase retention.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and collaboration with DESE staff and external partners.
• Collaborate with organizations (MASC, MASS, MSAA, MASC) to strengthen leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
• Travel may be required based on assignment.
