• Structure, price and execute transactions in partnership with Sales & Trading
• Work alongside Investment Banking and capital markets teams on financings, M&A and other strategic transactions
• Prepare and deliver clear, thoughtful analysis for client discussions
• Develop a deep understanding of the interaction between financial markets, corporate finance and risk management
