Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of investment banking experience with a focus on equity capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business; MBA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills; excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute equity capital markets transactions across multiple structures.
• Partner with senior bankers on origination and client pitches.
• Perform market analysis, equity valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, investor presentations, and roadshow materials.
• Advise clients on pricing, timing, and deal structure based on market conditions.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, accounting advisors, syndicate desks, and sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and market participants.
• Monitor equity capital markets for trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
