Evercore Inc. in New York is seeking an Experienced Analyst/Associate for the Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team. You will execute IPOs, follow-ons, and convertible securities, coordinating with senior professionals through launch, bookbuilding, pricing, and closing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 1–3 years in Equity Capital Markets or related capital markets role.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses preferred, or ability to obtain.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and corporate finance concepts.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of IPOs, follow-ons, and convertible securities.
• Work with senior Syndicate professionals through launch, bookbuilding, pricing, allocation, and closing.
• Monitor order books, investor demand, and price sensitivity and momentum.
• Coordinate with Equity Sales to gather investor feedback on transactions.
• Analyze sizing, pricing, allocations, trading dynamics, and aftermarket performance.
• Monitor market conditions and precedents to inform execution strategy.
• Prepare market updates, pricing analyses, and client materials.
• Build relationships across Investment Banking, ECM, Sales & Trading, and Research.
