• Coordinate transaction execution processes, including investor positioning, marketing efforts, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and internal distribution channels.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, market updates, and transaction-related materials.
• Collaborate across investment banking, sales and trading, research, and syndicate teams to drive successful outcomes for clients.
• Mentor and oversee Associates and Analysts throughout transaction execution and business development initiatives.
