Responsibilities

• Coordinates design, delivery, and evaluation of gender equity and student belonging programming.
• Triages student needs and connects students to available supports.
• Coordinates outreach, recruitment, orientation, and enrollment into the program.
• Collaborates with faculty to align courses with program outcomes and retention strategies.
• Creates peer-mentorship initiatives and trains peer mentors.
