Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors seeks an ambitious mid-career professional to partner with us to search, acquire, and lead a SME as Chief Executive Officer under the OLBO Program. You will spearhead a 24‑month search with full NCA support, aiming to acquire and run a company in the US, with a base salary plus vested equity and growth incentives.

The role requires 15+ years of experience (5+ in leadership with P&L), an MBA/Executive MBA, and deep exposure to business growth, strategy, and operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with leadership roles and P&L responsibility.
• Min. 10+ years running/growing businesses or business units in the US.
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship and partner-like collaboration with NCA.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process to generate deal flow meeting criteria.
• Manage acquisition process with Investment Management support.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired company.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans for growth.
• Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings and brand positioning; implement improvements.
• Lead geographic expansion strategies when required.
