Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an equity research role at a buy‑side or sell‑side firm
• Experience using Bloomberg terminal and Excel plug‑in
• Experience using Enfusion or similar investment management system
• Proficiency in financial modeling, equity valuation, and GAAP accounting
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Compatible investment philosophy and a genuine passion for investing
• Intellectual curiosity and humility; willingness to collaborate and be mentored
• Problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet firm deadlines
• Positive attitude and team player
• Strong work ethic, high moral integrity
• Proficiency in VBA or other programming languages
• Passed CFA Level I exam

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Equity Analysts with sector-specific coverage responsibilities
• Analyze existing and prospective investment opportunities
• Prepare and produce well-researched and well-reasoned analyses
• Build and maintain financial and valuation models
• Prepare materials and exhibits for senior management meetings
• Monitor news and developments for assigned companies and sectors
• Interface with portfolio management & accounting systems to produce custom reports
• Complete time-sensitive projects and ad hoc analyses
