To succeed, you should have:

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within equity derivatives or capital markets
• Understanding of risk management concepts, P&L metrics, and basic equity derivatives products (e.g., options, futures)
• Excellent communication skills, capable of creating clear PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports
• Strong analytical skills to resolve business and functionality issues
• Ability to assist in managing project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications

Additional valued skills include:

• Familiarity with equity derivatives trading workflows, including pre- and post-trade processes
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholder engagement with traders, quants, and technology teams
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements in capital markets
• Knowledge of business process modelling and workflow documentation

Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 (base salary only, excluding other compensation or benefits)
