Job summary

Jefferies is seeking a Business Line FP&A AVP in New York to serve as a dedicated finance partner for their Equities division. This position involves financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis, enabling impactful decision-making through collaboration with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of relevant FP&A experience, strong financial modeling skills, and proficiency in enterprise planning tools.

The compensation includes a salary range of $150,000–$165,000 complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in enterprise planning tools and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial planning cycle for Equities, consolidating forecasts.
• Produce management reporting across revenues, expenses, and balance sheet metrics.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for quarterly reviews.
