DRW is seeking a Trade Support Specialist in Chicago to provide middle office support for equity options desks. You will collaborate with traders, researchers, and software engineers to optimize workflows and support trade capture, reconciliation, and P&L substantiation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in front/middle/back office or risk with derivatives.
• Proven experience automating workflows using Python.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and analyze problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for equity options trading desks.
• Trade capture for futures, equities, options, and indices.
• Reconcile trades and positions with clearing houses and brokers.
• Calculate daily P&L and provide substantiation.
• Support and enhance trading tools and risk management systems.
• Collaborate with traders, researchers, and software engineers on workflow improvements.
