As a Trade Support Specialist in the middle office, you will provide operational and technical support to equity options trading desks, solving challenging problems while working with traders, researchers, and software engineers to optimize workflows and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Provide operational and technical support for equity options trading desks
• Execute trade capture for futures, equity options, and index options products
• Perform trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses and brokers
• Calculate and substantiate daily P&L
• Gain mastery of proprietary trade capture, inventory management, treasury management, and risk management systems
• Act as process owner for current functionality and advise on technology and workflow enhancements
• Interface with technology teams to improve tools and adopt new technologies

What You Need

• Strong working knowledge of equities and derivatives
• Experience with Version Control, Git, Python, Cron, and Linux
• Proven experience automating or improving workflows using Python
• 2–3 years in front office, middle office, back office, or risk management roles with exchange‑traded and over‑the‑counter products and derivatives
• Substantial prior interaction with front office and senior management in active trading environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, economics, mathematics, or quantitative field, or material equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and analyze problems

Annual base salary $100,000–$125,000 depending on experience and qualifications, eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
