Job summary

DRW in Chicago is seeking a Trade Support Specialist to provide middle office support to its trading desks. In this role, you will work closely with traders to optimize operational workflows and implement the right technological solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in equities and derivatives, proficiency in Python, and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $125,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in front office, middle office, back office, or risk management roles.
• Proven experience automating or improving workflows using Python.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and analyze problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for the equity options trading desks.
• Trade capture for all products related to the desks’ activity.
• Daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
