Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President in Equities Business Control Management to guide regulatory compliance and strengthen controls across global markets. You will provide critical oversight and partner with trading, product, and risk teams to ensure disciplined risk management.

You will escalate issues, drive timely remediation, and maintain robust internal controls in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in financial services with controls, audit, or risk
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management
• Advanced analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies to ensure regulatory compliance
• Research evolving frameworks and align processes to standards
• Act as SME on rules and regulations across teams
• Engage with trading, product, account management and compliance
• Triage and resolve compliance questions and incidents
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance controls
• Update leadership on regulatory developments
• Support end-to-end control environment and remediation efforts
