Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience operating heavy machinery, shipping/receiving, and yard duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping of new, used, rental, demo, and serviced equipment.
• Initiate and complete INSPCT templates for loss mitigation.
• Receive new equipment and attach barcodes; manage attachments.
• Generate receiver for new/used machines to Sales Dept.
• Assist in equipment presentation to customers.
• Investigate shipping/receiving discrepancies.
• Comply with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Examine contents against records to verify accuracy.
• Take pictures of equipment and ensure quality before leaving yard.
• Document damages and notify department heads with documentation.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory audits and ensure barcodes/scan accuracy.
• Reconcile inventory reports and communicate disparities.
• Maintain organized yard and keep it free of debris.
• Other duties as assigned.
