Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of customer and company assets across the Fabick campus. You will receive, barcode, and stage equipment and parts, ensuring accurate records and on-time availability.

The role requires handling shipping, receiving, monthly inventory checks, and collaboration with multiple departments. A high school diploma and 3+ years of heavy equipment experience are expected, with a proactive, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in heavy machinery operation, shipping/receiving, and yard duties.
• Strong customer service and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping of equipment as needed.
• Perform inbound/outbound inspections and ensure accuracy of records.
• Receive, barcode, and attach documentation to equipment and attachments.
• Support inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organized yard area and ensure safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
