Job summary

Hutson, Inc. seeks a Lot Coordinator to manage wholegoods inventory at the Poseyville location. You will ensure equipment presentation, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain accurate tracking through yard software.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory operations, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; safety and accuracy are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred in inventory management, maintenance, or equipment operations.
• Excellent customer service skills to solve problems.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and equipment.
• Work independently with little supervision while contributing to a team.
• Strong organization to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Must have self-motivation to complete tasks and duties.

Responsibilities

• Account for all equipment, AMS products and attachments on the yard.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks and other deliveries.
• Conduct walk-around inspections of inbound/outbound equipment.
• Segregate and monitor all equipment; label for proper identification.
• Maintain stock equipment cleanliness and presentation.
• Use software to track equipment movements and reconditioning.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and document results.
• Photograph equipment for marketing and advertising.
• Ensure shipping documents reach the accounting department after delivery.
• Stage equipment for customer presentations.
