Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will maintain the yard layout, ensure equipment is clean and organized, and assist in inspections and rentals.

The role emphasizes safety, outdoor work, and helping move equipment to rental-ready status. Prioritize accuracy, timeliness, and dependable performance in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-motivate in a team setting.
• Clear communication via radios, phones, and email is required.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and prepare it for rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment with safety as a priority.
• Inspect equipment for defects and ensure safety of rent-ready gear.
