Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to support the Operations team in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will keep the yard organized, ensure gear is clean and ready, and assist with inspections and returns.

This entry-level role includes equipment training, competitive compensation, and a strong benefits package. Expect outdoor work across weather conditions, plus the need to lift up to 100 pounds and obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and follow instructions.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and obtain a DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and prepare it for rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment with safety as a priority.
• Inspect equipment for defects/damages and ensure safety for rent-ready status.
