Job summary

Laredocc in Laredo, Texas is seeking an Equipment Technician (Mechanic) responsible for the repair and maintenance of turf equipment and vehicle fleets. You will manage parts purchasing and shop operations while collaborating with the agronomy team to create outstanding golf conditions.

Job description

Equipment Technician (Mechanic)

The Equipment Manager will be responsible for all equipment repair and maintenance of turf equipment and vehicle fleets, quality of cuts, parts purchasing/inventory, and shop management. The Equipment Manager will be a self‑motivated, enthusiastic, hands‑on, positive leader who integrates with the agronomy team to produce championship golf conditions for Laredo Country Clubs members and guests. The equipment manager works closely with the team and reports directly to the Director of Agronomy.
