Responsibilities

• Full fleet maintenance and repair of mowers, utility vehicles, irrigation equipment and related gear.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain detailed service records and equipment logs.
• Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on equipment needs and course prep.
• Oversee and mentor shop staff where applicable.

A premier private golf club in Palm Beach County, Florida is seeking an experienced Equipment Manager to lead its equipment operations program. This is a full-time, permanent position with a well-established club committed to maintaining its course at the highest level.

The Role

The Equipment Manager will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and management of a full fleet of golf course turf equipment. The right candidate brings technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a genuine pride in keeping a high-performing fleet in peak condition.

Responsibilities include:

• Full fleet maintenance and repair — mowers, utility vehicles, irrigation equipment, and supporting machinery
• Scheduling and managing preventive maintenance programs
• Maintaining detailed service records and equipment logs
• Managing parts inventory and vendor relationships
• Coordinating with the superintendent on equipment needs and course preparation
• Overseeing and mentoring shop staff where applicable

The Candidate
