Baltusrol Golf Club in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Turf Equipment Technician to join our Grounds Department. You will work closely with the Equipment Manager to maintain and repair championship‑level golf course equipment, with hands‑on training and a clear path toward an Equipment Manager role.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, diagnostics across diesel, gasoline and electric engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and reel/rotary mower care, with safety and professionalism

Qualifications

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on golf course equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel, gasoline, and electric-powered engines.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems.
• Sharpen, set up, and adjust reel and rotary mowers.
• Must have a high level of mechanical aptitude and minimum 3 years of mechanical experience.
• Experience with diesel, gasoline, and electric-powered equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
