Job Title: Equipment Technician 3 (ET3)

Location: Lacey, WA -- Olympic Region

Salary Range: $73,684 - $85,377 Annually

Organization: Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT)

WSDOT is seeking a skilled Equipment Technician 3 in Lacey, WA. Under the supervision of the Equipment Technician Supervisor in the Olympic Region TEF organization, this position is responsible for performing journey-level inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing, welding, fabricating, outfitting, and making major and minor mechanical repairs on all types of equipment used in highway maintenance.

The primary function of this position is to perform all aspects of Preventative Maintenance (PM) and repair duties on all inventoried equipment within the Olympic Region's area of responsibility.
