Position Description:

- Master the structure and working principles of factory production equipment and facilities.

- Continuously learn and improve equipment maintenance skills and levels.

- Conduct regular and scheduled inspections of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential failures.

- Follow safety operation rules, maintenance rules, and installation standards and specifications of the equipment.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

- Record and report daily operation and maintenance status of the equipment system in a timely and accurate manner.

- Respond to and repair faulty equipment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of maintenance work.

- Abide by work rules and processes, and follow standardized safety protection measures.

- Actively complete other work and tasks assigned by your supervisor.

- Collaborate with other team members and departments.

- Maintain equipment to extend its service life and improve its utilization rate.

- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

- Associate degree or above in machinery, electronics, automation, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of relevant practical work experience, preferably with solar modules or semiconductor production equipment.

- Proficient in computer office software and AUTOCAD software.

- Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required.

- Dedicated, motivated, hardworking, and reliable.

- Able to adapt to shifts and work under pressure.

Company Hiring Requirements:

- 7-year background check:

- No felonies
