Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a safety-focused, results-driven 2nd Shift Lead Person to oversee daily quarry operations on the second shift. You will lead hourly crews, coordinate equipment and resources, and promote a strong safety culture to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include conducting workplace inspections, communicating shift priorities, and coaching team members to develop skills while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental policies.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in heavy industrial or mining environments.
• Strong focus on safety leadership and culture.
• Ability to plan work, solve operational challenges, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to motivate staff.
• Working knowledge of mobile equipment and crushing/production processes.
