Arcosa Aggregates in Lake Lynn, PA seeks a Senior Equipment Technician to lead a second-shift crew in a 24/7 quarry environment and to ensure safe, reliable plant operations through hands-on maintenance of conveyors, screens, crushers, and related equipment.

You will oversee safety compliance, perform pre-shift readiness checks, and support equipment readiness on mobile equipment. A high school diploma or GED and 2–10 years in aggregates are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2–10 years of experience in aggregates or related field preferred.
• Maintenance background in crushing and screening is required or preferred.
• Fabrication and welding abilities are a plus.
• MSHA Part 48 training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a second-shift crew directing duties and overseeing plant production.
• Comply with safety rules and government regulations.
• Maintain and repair plant equipment per company standards.
• Identify safety defects during pre-shift checks and report to supervisor.
• Operate and learn crushers, conveyors, screens, and mobile equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
