Job summary

LeoTerra Siteworks is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to oversee daily shop operations, coordinate equipment maintenance, and support field crews. This role collaborates with the Asset Manager to ensure timely equipment readiness and optimal performance on busy jobsites.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, enforcing safety standards, organizing workflow, and communicating equipment needs to managers and field crews. This position is based in Kernersville, NC.

Qualifications

• Previous heavy equipment or construction shop experience required.
• Leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair processes.
• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop operations and personnel.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and scheduling.
• Ensure equipment is job ready and maintained properly.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards within the shop.

LeoTerra Siteworks is seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Foreman to join our growing team This position will work directly with our Asset Manager to oversee daily shop operations coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs and help ensure our field crews have the equipment and support needed to operate efficiently
