Responsibilities

• Assist shift supervisor in daily production activities.
• Machine set-up and operation including tool changes.
• Instruct and assist team members.
• Coordinate production startups and shutdowns.
• Ensure proper flow of raw materials.

Skills

Ability to operate and troubleshoot machines and equipment

Knowledge of manufacturing process of assembly and machining

Ability to work independently and in a team

Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
