Job summary

United Ag & Turf NE is seeking a Service Writer in New Hampshire to support the Service Department. You will assist with customer service needs, open/close work orders, and help with pre-delivery and repair workflows for new and used equipment.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with opportunities for training through the John Deere University and potential advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in Service Department operations preferred.
• Experience with John Deere Equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on technical problems and schedule service.
• Assist in appraisal and quotes for repair work.
• Schedule shop and field service assignments.
• Process warranty claims.
• Open and close work orders to meet deadlines.
• Supervise shop activities when the Manager is away.
• Pursue company-sponsored training to develop skills.
• Maintain positive relations with customers and team.
