Flatland Energy Services is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to help maintain and service our growing fleet of company-owned construction equipment. This entry-level role includes hands-on training and the opportunity to develop heavy-equipment maintenance skills.

You will perform routine preventive maintenance, change oil and filters, inspect equipment, and assist senior technicians while building records and ensuring equipment is ready for operations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable and able to follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working around construction and heavy equipment.
• Able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Previous mechanic, automotive, diesel, equipment, or service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a more experienced technician role.

Responsibilities

Flatland is looking for an Equipment Service Technician to help maintain and service our growing fleet of company-owned construction equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically minded, dependable, and interested in learning how to service and maintain heavy equipment. Previous technician or mechanical experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled services on company-owned equipment
