Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support for Evergreen filling machines, including installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Train customer personnel on machine operation and maintenance.
• Ensure timely customer support, safety, and meet productivity goals.
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments, and customers.
• Advise management or engineering of any issues with current or modified equipment models.
• Contribute to customer and employee training on machine operation.
• Develop skills to achieve business and personal growth objectives.
• Adhere to company policies on safety, ethics, quality, and confidentiality.
• Maintain high performance of packaging equipment to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical skills and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, use meters, and troubleshoot circuits.
• Knowledge of pneumatics (valves, air cylinders, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and in teams.
• Travel within territory/region, approximately 70% travel required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of PLC inputs/outputs and HMI (not programming).
• Experience with packaging equipment or in the dairy/juice industry.
• Possession of a passport or ability to obtain one for international travel.
