Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Extensive repair and maintenance experience with self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and supervisory abilities.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of industry standards.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair and maintenance of company-owned and customer equipment.
• Prepare work schedules and handle service calls to meet customer needs.
• Order parts to maintain adequate supplies.
• Provide training and assistance to staff mechanics.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors to understand maintenance requirements.
• Evaluate equipment after repairs and safety checks.
• Document equipment status before and after rental.
• Address customer complaints regarding equipment condition or operation.
• Promote safety awareness and perform quality control checks.
• Update and maintain equipment service records and work orders.
• Close and bill work orders; file warranty claims.
• Commission new equipment and manage parts inventory.
• Disposal of solid and hazardous waste per policy.
• Prepare reports: fleet status, service records, open work orders, warranty claims.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
