U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the face of exceptional service at our locations. You will assist customers, dispatch and return equipment using U-Scan tech, and ensure equipment is clean and safe for the next customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
