Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of direct bids and processing of new orders and change orders.
• Coordinate trade show activities and maintain CRM reporting.
• Assist Territory Managers by fielding non-technical questions from reps and contractors.
• Produce and interpret sales support metrics and reporting for leadership.
• Process orders through commercial review in line with ISO 9001 QMS.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Director and GWE leadership.
