MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage the sales process for new and used equipment and handle associated administrative work.

You will ensure accurate documentation for all sales agreements, coordinate the Shop Get Ready process, and maintain inventory information across locations. The role involves tracking invoices, processing orders, and coordinating logistics with customers, sales reps, and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience performing administrative tasks in sales or office environment.
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree with a business-related concentration; 4+ years of experience in administrative tasks in sales or office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the sales process between the customer, the sales representative, the factory, and MacAllister Machinery.
• Ensure all invoices and paperwork for various locations are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory availability and order status for parts and equipment across locations.
• Evaluate new and used equipment into inventory and document any damage or required repairs.
• Coordinate logistics for Shop Get Ready process for new/used equipment.
• Report sales data to manufacturers and register warranties with appropriate manufacturers.
• Allocate orders to the correct categories, customers, and vendors.
