Job summary

Imperial Dade in the Boston/Arlington, MA area is seeking a Service Repair Technician to maintain and service our housekeeping equipment for customers. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums, while building strong relationships with assigned accounts and ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Experience in service, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Electrical and mechanical experience is preferred.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
