Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.

The Equipment Rental Specialist supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This role is the company's front line of contact with the customer, understanding their equipment needs, negotiating, and placing orders. It also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for Success:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s license
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification (preferred)
• Bilingual skills (preferred in some locations)

Base Pay Range: $20.96 - $24.89
