Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This role supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment, understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. Strong administrative skills and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s license
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in equipment rental industry
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities (preferred)

Physical Demands

Includes bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors. Accommodations available as needed.

Benefits and Compensation

Base pay: $20.96 - $24.89 per hour. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, disability, insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more. Benefits start after 30 days of employment.
