Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.

The Equipment Rental Specialist supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment. This role is the company's front line of contact, responsible for understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. It also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment

Preferred Skills

• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification completion (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities may be preferred in some locations

Physical Demands & Additional Information

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $20.96 - $24.89 per hour. Starting pay varies based on factors like location, education, and experience. More info at Sunbelt Careers. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), volunteer time off, disability, insurance, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, college savings, EAP, and length of service awards. Benefits become available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Time off includes 12-25 vacation days, 5 sick days, holidays, and special days like inclusion and volunteer days, subject to policies.
