The Equipment Rental Specialist is responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment. This role is the company's front line of contact, understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. It also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
