Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. The Equipment Rental Specialist supports telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction/industrial equipment. This position is the company’s front line of contact with customers, understanding their needs, negotiating, and placing orders. It also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification process completion preferred
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other) may be preferred

Physical Demands

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $19.91 - 23.64. Starting pay varies based on factors like location, education, and experience. For more information, visit Sunbelt Rentals Careers.
