Wheeler Machinery Co. seeks a Rental Coordinator for our Hurricane, UT location to efficiently handle Caterpillar and allied equipment rentals and sales support. This full-time, benefited role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and relationship building with customers.

The position requires coordinating rental transactions, quoting rates, scheduling transportation, and supporting service coordination while prioritizing safety and accuracy in every task.

Formación

• Math, reading, writing, and typing skills.
• Flexible with the ability to perform a wide range of tasks.
• Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsabilidades

• Rental customer activities: receive and make calls, answers questions, quotes rates and sale prices.
• Assists customers choose correct equipment models and sizes for application and jobsite requirements.
• Maintains proactive / creative attitude to increase rental sales activity.
• Ensures accurate and timely rental transactions: setting rental rates, invoicing, insurance verification, machine, and work tool configuration.
• Schedules / coordinates equipment transportation.
• Updates rental transactions and contract information in Dealer Business System.
• Coordinates / schedules maintenance and repairs with Service Department.
• Investigates and resolves customer issues with equipment deliveries, repairs, billing and other related items.
• Assists outside Sales Representatives as necessary.
• Ensures that safety practices are a part of everyone's daily routine.
