Qualifications

• Must utilize TRACK and work safely at all times.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Professional, positive attitude and appearance.
• Dealership experience/work history on heavy equipment repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ship/Receive, Wash, Quick Turn, Minor Repairs, Perform Maintenance on all Rental Fleet; Basic Machine Repairs and Diagnostics.
• Must understand and adhere to safety programs and policies.
• Ability to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Troubleshooting of heavy equipment for minor to major repairs.
• Perform general maintenance & lube services on equipment.
• Be willing to have flexible shifts, extended hours, or weekends as workload requires.
• Receive on-the-job training and direction from team leaders and management.
• Complete all tasks as required by your team lead and supervisor.
