Qualifications

• Executes rental contracts: revisions, closings and invoicing.
• Tracks inventory across branches to ensure availability.
• Supports customers to generate and fulfill rental orders.
• Handles walk-in and phone rental opportunities with professionalism.
• Maintains accurate records and coordinates with departments.

Responsibilities

• Execute rental contracts and invoicing with accuracy.
• Coordinate and close rental opportunities with Yard Coordinators and Transportation.
• Monitor inventory levels and update records in real time.
• Assist Credit in collection of rental receivables and insurance certificates.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
