Job summary

BearCom Houston (Deer Park area) is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage short-term rental services for two-way communication equipment. You will handle consultations, orders, delivery planning, inventory control, and invoicing with a focus on excellent customer service.

In this role, you will also support marketing efforts, collaborate with the Dallas ROC on inventory, and assist in technical setup and programming of equipment to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year in fast paced environment and/or events business preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure.
• Strong communication and ability to develop relationships with event holders
• Experience in writing and compiling reports.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and take rental orders from clients.
• Coordinate equipment needs and plan delivery schedules to fulfill rental orders.
• Inventory control and coordination with Dallas ROC on inventory issues.
• Provide customer service including basic equipment troubleshooting and invoicing.
• Support revenue goals with GM involvement.
• Light marketing of rental services to local events and venues.
• Plan and install equipment for customer rental needs.
• Program rental equipment and process invoicing.
