Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Rental Coordinator in the Houston/Deer Park area to provide short-term rental services of two-way communication equipment. You will coordinate all aspects of rental service, from consulting to invoicing, and support customers with equipment programming and training.

The role emphasizes efficient order taking, delivery planning, inventory control with the Dallas ROC, and strong customer service. Some college experience or related work is preferred, and training is provided.

• Strong communication and ability to develop relationships with event holders.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and take rental orders from clients.
• Coordinate equipment needs and plan delivery schedules to fulfill customer's rental orders.
• Responsible for rental equipment inventory control. Work directly with the Dallas Rental Operations Center (ROC) on inventory issues.
• Provide top-notch customer service to BearCom customers, including basic equipment application troubleshooting and dealing with invoicing issues after the rental sale.
• Keep the General Manager informed in pursuit of rental revenue goals.
• Light marketing of BearCom rental services to local events and venues.
• Plan and install equipment for customer's rental needs.
• Program rental equipment and perform computer entry and invoicing of rental orders.
