Job summary

BearCom in Corpus Christi, TX is hiring a Branch-Level Rental Technician to program, tune, and test two-way radio systems using Motorola and other vendors' software. You will build code plugs, configure radios, and support rentals from order through delivery and on-site testing.

You will work on-site with customers, troubleshoot systems, perform basic networking, and learn proprietary tools while supporting multiple branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to learn on the job and adapt to RF equipment.
• Proficient computer skills and basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at customer locations to monitor and troubleshoot two-way radio systems.
• Build programming code plugs for two-way radios and equipment.
• Program and tune two-way radio infrastructure and basic networking.
• Assist in prepping, delivering, and picking up rental orders.
• Follow BearCom policies and provide team support as needed.
