Job summary

Risus Talent Partners LLC is seeking a Rental Project Coordinator in Chehalis, WA to support day-to-day operations of a fast-paced equipment rental branch. This hands-on role focuses on operations, logistics, and customer coordination to ensure deliveries, pickups, relocations, billing, and service coordination are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate brings experience in equipment rental or related fields, exceptional organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Experience in equipment rental, dispatch, logistics, or branch operations.
Experience coordinating deliveries, pickups, drivers, equipment, or customer schedules.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn rental software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate deliveries, pickups, relocations, returns, and service-related transportation.
Manage rental activity through the full lifecycle (on rent, off rent, return to branch).
Communicate with customers about scheduling and rental status.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, Sales, Accounting, and branch staff to keep projects on schedule.
Prepare rental orders, delivery paperwork, move documents, change orders, and customer records.
