HUPP TOYOTALIFT is seeking a Materials Handling Administrative Assistant and Rental Coordinator in Davenport, IA. The role supports the logistics team, manages inventory for forklifts and related equipment, and coordinates rental activities across internal teams and external vendors.

You will maintain maintenance logs, prepare compliance documentation, and handle rental orders from inception to completion while working with finance to resolve any discrepancies.
