BUTTREY RENTAL SERVICES, INC. seeks a Counter Associate to assist rental customers in person or by phone in a polite, friendly, and professional manner. You will determine needs, recommend equipment, and prepare rental contracts with signatures.

Responsibilities include explaining rental fees, operating basics, scheduling deliveries/pickups, and auditing contracts. Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs and maintain showroom cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Lift/move up to 50-70 lbs.
• Strong customer service aptitude and communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist rental customers in person or by phone in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ask questions to determine rental needs and recommend proper equipment.
• Prepare rental forms and contracts with customer signatures.
• Explain rental fees and operation/safety features of items.
• Schedule equipment delivery and pickups; assist loading/unloading as needed.
• Daily audits of open contracts and overdue rentals.
• Maintain showroom and displays; keep shelves organized and clean.
